Our Reviews
New truck with scratches and swirl marks. They talked me into the ceramic coating saying that the marks would be gone and protected in the future. They buffed it 2 times and still looks like bad. I drove over 2 hours each way. I specifically told multiple people not to.coat It if it wasn't right. They did it anyway twice. Now they say o well thats all we are going to do for you. The truck was brand new. Water of time and money. Buyer beware
I had an appointment at 9:15 on Tuesday for repairs. I was told I might have to leave my car for a few days (I assumed to get parts) no problem. Thursday night I called and they hadn't even looked at my car. They told me the 9:15 appointment was with the service advisor and then it gets in line to be looked at. I picked up my car Friday morning and found another mechanic. I always buy new cars so I have worked with several dealerships across the state. I have NEVER had an appointment for service that didn't mean my car would be worked on at that time. They said "policy" "WI law" several times, but they just don't care about their customers. Check with other GMC dealers and find out how to do it right! I need to buy a new car, but I really don't trust them.

When I bought my brand new $65000 truck from this dealership it was delivered to me with scratches and dents and scrapes on it they said they would take care of it when they did attempt to take care of it they broke more items on my vehicle left bolt loose and now my Tano cover leaks and they said they will not service me whatsoever won't answer my calls and won't take my service
Called and they said they could get me in on Tuesday at 10 a.m. for 4 new tires. Would take three hours. I drop my daughters vehicle off on time. I am still waiting for her vehicle to be done at 5:21. Very disappointed.
This is for Markquart Motors Service department. I setup my appointment so I could have a free rental while my car was being worked on. The free rental was the reason I went with Markquart even though they were the highest priced out of 4 local shops. I said I had to have my car back by 3pm. The service man said it would take 5 hours for my front right wheel bearing and that I need to call the parts department to make sure they have the needed parts. 5 hours was high compared to all other shops which quoted 2 hours, but I made the appointment for 8:30am. Day of my appointment I drop my car off early, knowing they won’t start early. I double check about the labor hours and I am told the time is really 2.4 hours. 5 and a half hours later at 2pm I call them and say I need to pick my car up at 3pm. Then I am told they just ordered parts from NAPA and should be there around 3pm. I ask the price of part and I am told $280, after a very quick search I find NAPA sells the part for $180. So I have to drive there to get my kids car seats so I can pick them up safely. At this time I am upset and tell them I will be back at 4:30pm to pick up my car, so I don’t miss my work hours the next day. Using a little head math, half of the 2.4 hours labor (1.2 hours) would be needed to put the new part on as my car was on the lift with the old part off. So part gets there at 3pm, 1.2 hours later is 4:12pm. The service guy calls me at 3:49pm and says it’s not their fault they are waiting on parts. I tell them I will be there at 4:30pm to get my car and I am told they will put it back together and it will be ready. 4:04pm the manager call to they can’t do that, so I say the car needed to be delivered to my work which he agrees to. After asking when I will get it I am told they SHOULD have the part tonight and it SHOULD be done by 9am. They still need 2 MORE hours to finish the work!!! You know if you are going to up charge me $100 for a part. Drive the less than 5 miles round trip and pick up the part. I am writing this before my car is delivered so I don’t even know if they will make that commitment. The sad part is I was told that people waiting at the shop will bump my time slot. Guess what, me driving around your rental isn’t going to get me to buy a new car.
I bought a low mile used Denali. I had I drove it for two days, and realized that the seat did not work for me snd caused my back to get sore. I told the folks at Markquart and they exceeded my expectations. I sm shocked a dealership went this far. Thanks tony Meyer, Bryan Ankeny and Dan Bernier.
My regulars service rep was off but he set me up with Jordan. He took great care of me. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income. The headlamp was expensive but he got one from Auto Zone that saved me a lot then found me a coupon online for another discount. Great service
